Initiatives

• IP-PBX: A single point connection for all internal & external business concerns of KDS which simplified and eased the communication between the branches.
• Video Conferencing: Allowing employees to break away from physical meetings. Employees and External participants on different location can join the meeting without spending time on travelling to meet each other, thus reducing the cost of travel.
• Meeting, Unified messaging & Mobility through: Skype for Business & Webex
• Apps Based Service: Launched a new APP which bridges the gap between consumer across the country and KDS.
