Majority of the data in our company come from financial transactions. We have a huge retailer management system as we manage 3500 dealers between 7am and 9pm, about 80,000 vehicles are given for services. So we have huge data about consumer complaints. Then we have new product development system that uses simulation to crush product development time. There are 6,500 sensors collecting data. We use Iot (Internet of Things) to process all this data and push it into the system. Today there is talk of connected vehicles, tomorrow there will be connected motorcycles also. We expect a lot of online data flowing in then. Since our products are consumer goods, we also take data from social media. The Scootie Fan Club gives us information on consumers.
