Implementing Unified Communication in Bangladesh

Time Driven and Mission Critical business requires Unified Communications (UC) for integration of enterprise communication services such as instant messaging, audio, web and video conferencing, resource sharing, analytics and monitoring the activities. The two most important potential drivers leading to today’s business success are User Behavioral Analysis and Social Engineering Collaboration. We are focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics Engineering (RE) to serve the necessary queries of users by replacing human computer interaction through Unified Communication. Robotic assists the user to get the desired answer and thus assists the users to move forward in business processes. The human dependency will be reduced through use of contact centers and organizations can get quick analytics to help in the decision making process. User Presence, call control, collaboration, mobility, and data encryption would be the prime features of a UC model. The major challenges of the UC implementation are cost of Infrastructure and regulatory issues regarding usage of devices.
