We at BSNL have always taken digital initiatives and are positive despite the many odds we face in the course of pursuing our objectives. People are always demanding better services and we have tried to live up to their expectations. As far as digitisation is concerned, BSNL is now capable of providing more than 4G services and has recorded improvement in terms of data usage. Our aim is to provide highspeed connectivity in a sustainable manner. We have planned to reach out to people in remote areas through RF (radio frequency) support.
