The Telegraph, the largest circulated English daily in the east and National Council for Science Museums (NCSM) are proud to present The Telegraph Knowhow Innovation Hub at Infocom 2006, the largest ICT exposition in the country. The Innovation Hub at Infocom 2006 will be a unique platform for bright, young students with innovation on their minds and passion to execute it.
The Telegraph Knowhow Innovation Hub will be the show stunner at the Infocom 2006 exhibition where the focus of this hub will be in tune with the theme of the event i.e. “Innovate to diiferentiate”. This Hub will act as a platform for showcasing Innovations. On one side there will be young innovators, ‘college going scientists’ and some of the brightest brains from science and engineering colleges demonstrating their most cutting edge ideas and projects and on the other side there will be the Innovation centric companies showcasing their innovative products and discoveries that will startle you and show you the path to a true innovative future!
For the young innovators there will be space for 30 new, innovative projects to be exhibited before a gathering of the hottest honchos of India Inc. Students from colleges will be asked to submit their project proposal (within 500 words), which will be handed over to our expert panel of reputed scientists and technologists from VITM, BITM, NCSM & NCSD. They will shortlist 30 projects from all proposals sent by institutions from New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Calcutta. Each short listed student will be given a 60 sq ft of space at the Innovation Hub at the Infocom 2006 exhibition to showcase and demonstrate their innovative projects.
