The Infocom Future Leadership Awards 2006 is Businessworld’s new initiative to select and nurture tomorrow’s leaders from India and the world. These leaders will be selected from a pool of Indian and international B-school students on the basis of a paper writing contest on the theme ‘Innovate to Differentiate’.

The authors of the three best papers in each category, Indian and international, will be honoured by the President of India, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, on 6 December, 2006 at the opening ceremony of Infocom 2006.

The author of the best paper will be given a cash award of US $1,000.

The top three paper writers from India will be offered a sponsored international internship with a Fortune 500 company. The top three paper writers from foreign business schools will be offered a sponsored internship with one of the top Indian companies.
