| Infocom CXO Golf 2006 |
 |
Venue: RCGC, Calcutta
Date: December 5, 2006
If IT forms India’s most robust dream, Infocom is ours. And here is an opportunity for the captains of the industry to partner us in this dream.
In continuation with our out of the box idea last year, a special offer has been chalked out for the captains of industry. The ‘Infocom CXO Golf Tournament’ would be held for the 2nd consecutive year at the oldest golf club outside the British Isles on December 5, 2006. The event would be a full day tournament played over eighteen holes.
The event promises to be time spent in hectic brainstorming and networking with policy-makers, industry leaders, ICT users and providers whereas, this Tournament would provide a unique branding opportunity while the CXOs of the corporate world let their hair down and play India Inc’s favourite game.
This year the tournament will be played on a shot gun format commencing at 12:30pm over the fairways and greens of The Royal Calcutta Golf Club. Steeped in history this challenging golf course measures over 6500 yards and is a par 72 facility.
The format will be stableford and a ¾ handicap allowance will be permitted for all participants. All you need to bring are your golf clubs, outfit and shoes. This would be followed by prize distribution, cocktails and dinner.
In addition the Tournament participants can also nominate significant other senior managers from their organizations who have not yet been introduced to the game for a specially organised Golf Clinic to provide them an opportunity for trying their hand at the game.
The event manager for the Infocom CXO Golf Tournament is Tiger Sports Marketing. |
