Infocom-assocham telecom forum

INFOCOM, India’s largest ICT expo and ASSOCHAM, India’s premier industry association have joined hands to organize the first edition of the INFOCOM – ASSOCHAM Telecom Forum, being held on 10th June, 2011 in New Delhi.

The Telecom Forum will be an empowered industry evening with focus on 3G and Mobile Payments. The theme for this year’s Telecom Forum is “Mobile, the Life Line - Heading for Consolidation”.

About the theme: Mobile phones as a device have become a perfect content delivery platform after the advent of 3G which has enabled huge bandwidth allocation to mobile networks. This has helped businesses to shift directly to mobile networks and access various applications on the network with ease. The forum would aim to explore and delve deeper on how players in this sector would keep pace and adopt the technology along with the wide array of business benefits that it unfolds so that users can optimize the usage of this extended bandwidth to maximize B2B transactions.
